Keshann Stewart, a skilled effective communicator, is able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups, and promote team cohesiveness. She is highly organized and independent; able to effectively coordinate tasks to accomplish projects with timeliness and creativity - a high-energy, confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm for technology.
She is a creative self-starter with organizational and team building abilities, experienced in project management, instructional design, motivating people, researching material and implementing courseware using diversified delivery channels.
She is currently employed to the Northern Caribbean University, Distance Education Department as an Instructional Design Assistant. She is tasked with the responsibility in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices. She is highly motivated, dependable professional who believes that an educated workforce is a corporation’s primary competitive advantage and as such is able to simplify complex information and successfully facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Northern Caribbean University (NCU) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from Vocational Training Development Institute (VTDI) along with various certificates.
Keshann’s personal philosophies are from the Bible - Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” and Martin Luther King, Jr. who said “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that”.
